Peach Raspberry Mocktail

This easy peach raspberry mocktail combines thick, sweet peach nectar with muddled fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peach nectar or peach juice chilled
  • ½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup or extra raspberries + 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup sparkling water or club soda chilled (about 4 oz)
  • Ice cubes or raspberry ice cubes
Optional Garnish:
  • Peach slices
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • Apple slices

Method
 

  1. Muddle raspberries with raspberry syrup (or honey) until fully broken down and jammy.
  2. Add peach nectar and fresh lime juice, then stir to combine.
  3. (Optional) Rim glasses with lime juice and sugar if desired.
  4. Fill glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the peach-raspberry mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with peach slices, fresh raspberries, and mint, then serve immediately.
